How do I return an item?

We accept returns for a full credit on unopened and sealed products for 90 days.
All returns must be in the original manufacturer's box and accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Customer is responsible to ship the product back to the warehouse listed on the RMA instructions.
Call tags/pick up will only be issued in the case of a ECP or warehouse error.

Please reference your order number and the reason for returning the merchandise on all correspondence.


A 15% restocking fee will apply unless it was an ECP error. Products returned for full credit must be in resalable condition. EXECUTIVE COMPUTER PRODUCTS, INC. Depending on what mode of return the Merchant has set, the mode of return are typically of two types: Return for Credit and Return for Repair/Replacement. Credits are to be applied against any past or future orders. NO cash refunds will be processed.
