Each divider has a punched hinge at top that fits over the fastener on the divider beneath it. Hinge is scored for 1/2" expansion. The bottom divider then fits over the fastener in the file folder. Sections can be removed without disturbing the order of papers on the dividers. This product was made using wood sourced from a certified managed forest.
